Bluefin Solutions recognised as one of The Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work for
26 February, 2015 – Bluefin Solutions has once again been named one of the UK’s top employers, with the recent announcement of The Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work for in 2015.
The consultancy, which has once again proven its credentials among the UK’s best, became eligible for the honour having been awarded a Best Companies 3 Star Accreditation – the highest accreditation level available in February. This is the fourth time that Bluefin Solutions has been ranked in the Top 100.
The accolade demonstrates Bluefin’s commitment to the development and well-being of its employees. This in turn ensures the company continues to provide leading advice and support to some of the world’s largest organisations.
The Sunday Times lists are compiled by workplace best practice specialists Best Companies as part of the most extensive research into employee engagement in the country, ranking organisations according to opinions gathered through employee surveys.
