Bluefin Solutions is sponsoring the Customer Engagement & Commerce (CRM) SIG and will co-present a session with client Cardiff City Council.
The session will cover the multi-channel contact centre implementation at Cardiff City Council which utilised SAP Cloud for Service, HANA Cloud Portal and SAP Contact Centre.
Ross Maude, Cardiff City Council will discuss why the organisation chose a Cloud over on-premise solution, and outline the business objectives Cardiff was trying to achieve. Thierry Crifasi, Bluefin Solutions, will then cover the functional scope and solution architecture and present a demo of the key components.
Following on from this, SAP will give a Customer Engagement & Commerce overview before getting delegates involved in building a CRM app from scratch.
