  • Write a Blueprint document to capture the requirements and design solutions for review and sign off.
  • Focus on knowledge transfer during the realisation phase. It's no use us building a great solution if it is not understood by the people who will use it regularly.
  • Thoroughly test the solution. The testing phases are often a rubber stamping exercise. The Key users will have been closely involved with the project for so long that they are often signing off their own work.
