• 1 standard Business Content InfoCube and all relevant master data
• 1 day of hands-on training

What do we need you to provide?

To be successful, this approach must have your full backing and therefore we make certain demands on your time and commitment:

• An initial meeting with the project sponsor to understand business strategy, and what the business drivers are
• An initial meeting with the IT director to understand IT strategy, and what the IT drivers are
• At least two business and two IT attendees at the scoping workshop
• At least two business and two IT attendees at the review and strategy workshop
• Ready and prompt access to your network and SAP system

How much does it cost?

If you can meet all of these requirements then you are on the way to delivering a successful project. At Bluefin we are convinced that when you have worked with us once, you will want to do so again. Therefore we offer this as a fixed price service. 

How long does it take?

From receipt of order to delivery of write-up, it can take approximately one month end to end. The critical path will be the availability of your resources, and our experience is that it is more likely to take 6-8 weeks. But the cost remains the same regardless.
