Bluefin Solutions is delighted to be awarded an "outstanding" Two Star Accreditation in this year’s Best Companies Accreditation scheme.

Final accreditation is based on an elite ‘Michelin style’ rating which bestows a fixed standard for organisations. The Two Star Accreditation recognises Bluefin's "outstanding" performance in eight key areas - leadership, wellbeing, personal growth, my manager, my team, my company, fair deal and giving something back. The scheme was developed by Best Companies, the firm also responsible for researching and compiling the Sunday Times Best Companies to work for list.

For this year’s accreditation, over 168,000 employees from 795 organizations were surveyed. Of the 795 companies who registered for ‘Star Status’, only 414 were awarded such, with only 150 achieving Two Stars.

Commenting on the award, Bluefin's Chief Executive, James Appleby explains:

"To be accredited as an outstanding company to work for is a fantastic achievement. The award demonstrates our commitment to looking after our employees and the extent to which our employees value us. As a professional services organisation we work hard to maintain a strong sense of inclusion so our consultants out on the field always feel part of the Bluefin community. By looking after our employee needs, we continue to cultivate an environment in which success and fulfilment can flourish. To achieve this goal, we relentlessly focus on our values; not only having them, but weaving them into the organisation and living them daily."
