We share knowledge, where most of our competitors hoard it. We provide the tools needed to make knowledge sharing work:
- an internet-based knowledge exchange
- a consolidated methodology with document templates, sample documents and implementation tips and tricks
- distinct capabilities with capability managers to provide thought leadership
- monthly "Golden Fridays", where all consultants are encouraged to work from our offices and attend lunchtime presentations, or brainstorm problems with colleages from different projects
- communication technologies (broadband at home, instant messaging, and where needed 3G connectivity)
