Jim Cook
Head of CRM
Jim Cook is Head of CRM at Bluefin Solutions.
He joined Bluefin in 2006 and became Head of CRM in 2008. Since then, the CRM capability has grown from strength to strength, consolidating Bluefin's position as a leader in the CRM UK marketplace. Jim has built an exceptional team of functional and technical consultants with a reputation for delivering excellent solutions that provide significant business value to customers.
He has worked with customers across multiple industry sectors and has been heavily involved in two TPM implementations, an area in which he is expert and thought leader.
Prior to joining Bluefin Solutions he worked at Diagonal and started his first SAP implementation for Unipart in 1999.
