Professionalism and integrity

Our engagement model is simple: professionalism and integrity.

 From their first dealings with Bluefin, every Customer is assigned a "Client Partner". This person has 100% accountability for every interaction you have with Bluefin, from the initial sales cycle, through delivery and into support.  They will look you in the eye on day 1, and take that responsibility.  Along the way you will also have a delivery manager, who is either a project manager for consulting-based work, or a Service Delivery Manager for support-based work.  Whilst the delivery manager reports to the Client Partner, he or she also has an independent reporting route into our Programme Management capability. 
 
But this hides the fundamental principal of our engagement model, is the level of integrity that our people have.  This is reflected in the level of trust exhibited by our customers. But don't take our word for that, ask them. We won't sell you something you don't need, and we won't sell you something cheaply and then get our money back on change controls.

We also offer a smart resourcing model where we match the role to the level of experience needed. So a typical Bluefin project might be made up of a delivery manager, a lead consultant, and a number of other consultants or developers.
