Customer Benefits Realisation Many projects fail to realise that the reason for initiating a project is not generally a technical driver but true business benefits which are often diluted or lost during the delivery of the project.
Our projects are aimed at delivering customers benefits with the customer business case as the primary driver which is then reviewed at each stage of the project and again at the end of the project to ensure Customers realise their expected benefits. The recognition and ongoing focus on the business case is a major factor for the successful delivery of projects.
Methodology The Bluefin methodology falls in line with the high level stages of the SAP approach (ASAP) and hence easily integrates with Solution Manager which is now a pre-requisite component for SAP project delivery.
Our methodology includes mandatory stage review processes at the end of each stage of the project as well as a quality assurance process available throughout the project lifecycle.
