The review will be conducted by the head of Bluefin's own support desk, responsible for the day to day management of a large dedicated team supporting over 25 customers. We can also help you work towards SAP Competency Centre accreditation (SAP CCC). Let us know if this is a goal. We can also help ensure that your support processes are aligned to ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library). The review usually takes two days.
