Who makes use of BOSS?

• Organisations who have a capable internal team but require specialist help and advice on an ad-hoc basis, and occasionally have peaks in demand that they can't satisfy internally.
• Organisations who are starting out on their journey, and wish to have advice at critical points.
• Organisations who wish to outsource part or all of their SAP support operation.

We currently have support contracts in place for a number of high profile customers and have a large, dedicated support team based in three geographic locations - London, Liverpool and Singapore.
