Our selection and interview process gives us a chance to get to know you and you a chance to get to know the company. We believe that moving jobs is a big decision and our dedicated HR team are here to make the process as smooth as possible. Initial HR interviews will take place over the phone to avoid multiple days off work, and further face to face interviews will be held in one of the Bluefin offices with the opportunity to meet as many consultants and managers as possible.
