Bluefin have secured a contract to provide SAP BW support to a global media company who are currently rolling out their SAP and BW solution across Europe

Initially based out of the customer's site in mainland Europe, and then moving to Bluefin's offices in Kew, Bluefin are providing full second and third line support for the customer in initially 4 countries.

Commenting on the deal, Bluefin's Managing Director James Appleby said: "This is the latest in a series of wins for our support desk which provides top quality support to many leading companies. We are able to provide continuity of knowledge by providing access to the consultants who originally worked with our customers on their systems, whilst enabling us to build long term relationships with our customers and be able to respond quickly when the need arises."
