Most organisations have an internal methodology that they have adopted and adapted to their organisation's requirements. At a high level, we see many different methodologies that are broadly similar with some specific quality and stakeholder requirements.

The Bluefin methodology falls in line with the high level stages of the SAP approach (ASAP) and hence easily integrates with Solution Manager which is now a pre-requisite component for SAP project delivery.

Our methodology ("The Wheel") includes mandatory stage review processes at the end of each stage of the project as well as a Quality Assurance process available throughout the project lifecycle.

The Wheel broadly adopts the ASAP methodology from SAP, and then adds a series of tips, tricks and templates for particular types of projects. This means that we can run a project using our own methodology, or easily adapt into your existing quality systems and methodology.

It is facilitated by our internet-based knowledge exchange ("The KX"), which constantly feeds "The Wheel". This contains thousands of internal articles and tips, keeping all of our consultants connected and up to date.

We have also carried out a number of projects in highly regulated and secure environments such as pharmaceuticals, financial services, the Ministry of Defence and the nuclear industry. This means that we are used to following stringent procedures and policies.
