SAP CRM 2006s/2 (CRM 5.2) demonstration system now available Print E-mail

Bluefin continue to be part of the SAP CRM Ramp-up programme and have recently installed the SAP CRM 2006s/2, also known as CRM 5.2.  This follows SAP's recent announcement that 2006s/2 will become generally available from December 2007.  Key improvements over and above CRM 5.0 include the new CRM Webclient interface and a new ESOA (Enterprise Service Orientated Architecture) including wizard based support for creation of web services.
