Our consultants are put through a demanding selection process. Interviews are followed by a hands on technical test where we get candidates to show us what they can do. Excellent technical skills are only part of what we look for though. In order to deliver the challenging projects that our customers engage us for, we need consultants of the highest calibre.

We also assess potential consultants against our core values. But most importantly, we realise that it is teamwork that will make the difference. So when you work with Bluefin, you don't work with individuals. You work with a Bluefin team who have the support, backing and knowledge of the entire organisation. 

We also have a policy of putting our consultants through SAP Certification in their primary areas of expertise. This is good for consultants, good for Bluefin and ultimately good for our customers. 

We also invest in a wide range of non-technical training for our consultants covering areas like presentation skills, leading effective teams and core consultancy skills.
