Selection Process
You'll need to have achieved, or be looking to achieve, a 2:1 honours degree (or relevant other) or higher and have a passion for solving problems using technology. Bluefin Solutions employs talented individuals who are dedicated, flexible, and open to sharing ideas. You'll also need to compliment our core values.
The selection process is designed to help you determine if we're right for you and for us to decide if you're right for us, so please take every opportunity to ask questions along the way.
Application
You can apply via our website or send your CV and a covering letter to graduates@bluefinsolutions.com / recruitment_malaysia@bluefinsolutions.com - your application will be reviewed by a member of the recruitment team who will be in touch if your application is successful.
Online test
If your application is successful you will be invited to take an online numerical and verbal reasoning test - this will take no more than 40 minutes to complete. A minimum score is required to progress onto interview stage.
Telephone interview
This is a telephone interview with a member of the recruitment team to briefly talk about your experiences to date. If you are successful at this stage, you'll be invited to attend an interview at one of the Bluefin offices - London (UK), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) or Cape Town (South Africa).
Face to face interview
The face-to-face interview will be with a member of the HR team. This day will also be a chance for you to find out more about the company. You will have the chance to meet with a Bluefin consultant who will explain more about what it is we do and the life of a consultant at Bluefin Solutions.
Assessment day
The assessment day is designed to allow us to observe you in a number of different scenarios. You will have a number of one-to-one interviews with senior consultants and management before being asked to participate in group exercises so we see how you work and interact as part of a team. Over lunch you'll meet more consultants and previous graduates, giving you the chance to find out more about life at Bluefin, the life of a consultant and the graduate scheme.
