When I moved from France 9 years ago, I was newly trained in SAP. At that time the market was growing fast and was full of opportunities. I joined a small consultancy with whom I stayed for 9 years and my experience in SAP and consulting grew as fast as the company I was working for. Over the first few years I mainly gained experience in MM and SD, working for numerous clients across various industries. Later I concentrated on developing my expertise in SRM. I got heavily involved in big Business Transformation programs where I worked successfully with other lines of business such as Change Management and Strategy.

In need of fresh challenges, I joined Bluefin in early 2007 to help them develop their new ERP capability. I currently share my time between working on the client site on an ERP project, pre-sales activities and helping with the internal development of the capability.

Bluefin is a very exciting place to be at the moment because it is a dynamic and successful organisation going through rapid growth. The people that I work with are great and I think they represent one of the key reasons it feels so right for me - working for Bluefin you feel a real sense of community. People are approachable, support each other and share their knowledge through a well oiled knowledge sharing process. The interaction is also promoted by regular events organised at the office to get people to meet and to talk to each other.

I finally feel the same buzz again that I felt 9 years ago when I first crossed the channel.
