Bluefin realises there is more to rewards and benefits than just salary and as well-being is one of our core values we have just introduced a scheme that gives all our employees 4 weeks paid holiday after 5 years of working for Bluefin. Plans are already being put in place for extended holidays, doing up the house or spending more time with the family! This is in addition to our leave of absence scheme which allows a longer period of unpaid time off.

    We believe in flexible working and not travelling for the sake of it, obviously some projects will mean the majority of work needs to be done on a client site but we are happy for people to work in the office or home where possible. Both the Bluefin offices operate a casual dress policy.
