We’re a great, growing company looking for talented, ambitious people. Here’s how we’ll decide if that means we can work together.

Our recruitment process focuses on finding people with the right mix of skills and experience who also understand and believe in our values.

Step one

Have a look around the site. Hopefully, you’ll like what you see and can envision a career working on stimulating projects, as part of a team, with good development prospects and a great work environment. Most importantly, you want to work in an open, progressive business with a culture that prizes effort, talent and integrity.

Step two

Check out our vacancies page. We might already be looking for someone with your skills and experience. But if there isn’t a specific opening for someone with your talents, that’s not the end of the story. We’re constantly developing new opportunities and we’ll often create a position for the right person.

Step three

Get in touch. Send  us your CV with a covering letter detailing why you want to work for Bluefin Solutions, along with any additional information you feel is useful to your application. Step four

Our selection and interview process gives us a chance to get to know you and you a chance to get to know the company. We believe that moving jobs is a big decision and our dedicated HR team is here to make the process as smooth as possible.

Initial interviews will take place over the phone to avoid multiple days off work, and further face-to-face interviews will be held in one of the Bluefin offices with the opportunity to meet as many consultants and managers as possible.

Step five

If we like the look of each other, we will contact you to offer you a job with Bluefin. If you choose to accept, a member of our HR team will be in touch with you regarding the induction process that all new starters to Bluefin will be taken through. (If it looks like the timing isn’t good, or we’re just not a good match, we’ll be sure to give you positive feedback in any case. )
