We aim to provide all employees with agile and flexible training that is responsive to our business needs and their personal development requirements. We:
  • Run regular training programmes that help develop a broad skill set, combining soft skills, technical and SAP consultant career competencies, and other business-related training.
  • Use external courses provided by SAP and other expert organisations.
  • Support all employees wishing to further themselves with SAP certifications.

You'll also have a dedicated Training and Development Manager within your area of expertise, who will work closely with you to identify your development needs and training requirements.

Performance management

We strike the balance between caring for and developing Bluefin employees, and ensuring project and organisational goals are achieved.

Timely, detailed feedback is the best way to evaluate performance and set future development goals. At Bluefin Solutions, performance management is a combined effort involving you, your project manager, your training and development manager and your coach. Upwards feedback is also a key part of the process.

Objectives are set at the start of every project to ensure expectations are clear across the board, and reviews take place twice a year. Our grading system creates a visible, well-defined promotion path tailored to each employee, with a promotion process is in place to ensure every employee is treated and rewarded fairly.
