On the third Friday of every month we encourage all project teams to work from one of our global offices so they can attend training sessions, exchange knowledge, and catch up with colleagues.

The 'KX', as its known internally, is the hub of Bluefin's knowledge sharing culture, containing best-practice hints, technical wizardry, background research and Questions and Answer sections. It aids the support and collaboration of all consultants on client sites, and has helped drive the growth of technical excellence around the company.

Quarterly company meetings

The whole company is invited to a company-wide meeting every quarter, and we run a separate session per country. It's a chance to pass on information about the business and the market, run interactive sessions and get input from Bluefin employees on how the company can improve - as well as a social side, with a chance to catch up with colleagues in a relaxed setting.
