Improve your internal support with a Bluefin Support Process Review Print E-mail

Bluefin has a wealth of experience when it comes to supporting live SAP solutions, including R/3, CRM, BI and NetWeaver.

Out Support Process Review focuses on the processes and mechanisms which underpin your solution once it has been deployed.

Areas covered include:

  • Team structure and organisation
  • Skills analysis
  • Change control procedures
  • Incident and problem management

The review will be conducted by the head of Bluefin's own support desk, responsible for the day to day management of a large dedicated team supporting over 25 customers.

We can also help you work towards SAP Competency Centre accreditation (SAP CCC). Let us know if this is a goal. We can also help ensure that your support processes are aligned to ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).

The review usually takes two days.
