SAP implementations often suffer because the 'as-is' and the 'to-be' processes have not been sufficiently defined during the project scoping exercise. This leads to uncertainty during the latter stages of implementatiuon creating potential scope creep and increased risks.

Substantial business benefit is gained by addressing the process mapping exercise early using Nimbus Control and integrating this directly into the SAP Implementation  Roadmap, using the SAP Solution Manager toolset. This provides a consistant approach for all SAP Projects and falls in line with the SAP startegic direction on the use of Solution Manager.
