This seminar is free of charge and will be run on 13th December at Bluefin's Headquarters in Kew. The seminar will aim to start at 10.00 and finish at 16.00.  A buffet lunch will be provided. Our seminars are small group sessions of up to 10 - 20 people to encourage participation.    

Seminar Agenda 

It will look at the various planning tools from SAP (including recent purchases) through a series of scenarios including:

• A Europe wide sales / manufacturing forecasting scenario
• Detailed cost centre budgeting and planning
• Financial forecasting

For each scenario the following will be discussed:

• The business benefits from adopting SAP based planning
• The 'pros' and 'cons' of each tool
• Common issues with implementing each tool
• SAP support and future road map.
