Bluefin’s Support Service awarded SAP Centre of Expertise accreditation Print E-mail
Bluefin’s Support Service has been accredited with the SAP Centre of Expertise (CoE) primary certification.

The accreditation recognises Bluefin’s excellence in five areas which are key to the efficient delivery of services and support. These are:

  • Information management
  • Service planning 
  • Contract administration 
  • Coordination of innovation requests 
  • Support Desk
The SAP auditing process included an evaluation of the quantity and quality of tickets raised by Bluefin’s Support Service users in the SAP Service marketplace, an evaluation of Bluefin’s solution complexity and our application of Solution Manager. Bluefin scored 76 out of 100, with the required minimum being 55.
