Bluefin realise that there is more to rewards and benefits than just salary, and as well-being is one of our core values we have just introduced a scheme that gives all our employees four weeks paid holiday after five years of working for Bluefin.

Plans are already being put in place for extended holidays, doing up the house or spending more time with the family!

This is in addition to our leave of absence scheme which allows a longer period of unpaid time off. The sabbatical scheme is open to all employees regardless of their job role and can be taken all in one go or more flexibly if circumstances dictate.
