SAP has confirmed that Bluefin is the first CRM 2007 UK Customer. The upgrade of Bluefin's internal SAP CRM solution went live on 4th August 2008.

Bluefin is:

• The first UK CRM 2007 implementation
• The first UK CRM 2007 upgrade
• The first UK based CRM 2007 SFA implementation

Bluefin performed the upgrade alongside a number of SAP CRM 2007 ‘upgrade and implementation’ projects for clients. These will go live within the next few months.
