Bluefin has Expanded it's 24-Hour Support Operation to Malaysia Print E-mail

Bluefin has expanded its offshore outsourcing activity to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where it opened an office in August 2008.

Bluefin Malaysia is an extension of Bluefin Off Site Services (BOSS) UK, providing SAP support and development for it’s UK and US business.

James Appleby, Bluefin’s Chief Executive, states:

Bluefin's strategy is focused on providing a premium SAP service to global companies. Expanding our Asian capability with an office in Malaysia is a response to an increased customer need for high quality overnight support and development. Bluefin Malaysia will enable us to provide this to our clients.
Jatin Mehta, one of the primary founders of the very successful BOSS Operation, is heading up Bluefin Malaysia as the Offshore Operations Manager.

The UK and Malaysian offices will work seamlessly to ensure the high-level customer service experience Bluefin is reputable for. Clients will benefit from a cost effective, reliable and efficient 24-Hour SAP Support Service, alongside off-shore development activities.

Bluefin Malaysia is ideally located to cover the overnight section. Clients will have the convenience of arriving at work safe with the knowledge that tasks have been completed throughout the night.

  • ERP / HCM
  • BI
  • CRM

BOSS clients include Wolters Kluwer, YELL, United Utilities, Powergen and Marston's.
