Bluefin Solutions is delighted to be awarded an "outstanding" Two Star Accreditation in this year’s Best Companies accreditation scheme.

The initiative acknowledges corporate excellence and employee engagement in the workplace. Final accreditation is based on an elite ‘Michelin style’ rating which bestows a fixed standard for organisations. The Two Star Accreditation recognises Bluefin's "outstanding" performance in eight key areas - leadership, wellbeing, personal growth, my manager, my team, my company, fair deal and giving something back.

For this year’s accreditation, 1086 organisations applied to receive Star Status. 900 made it through the process and over 276,000 employees from these organisations were surveyed. 410 companies were awarded Star Status with only 140 achieving Two Stars.

Commenting on the award, Bluefin's Chief Executive James Appleby said: "To be accredited as an outstanding company to work for another year running is a fantastic achievement. The award demonstrates Bluefin’s continued commitment to looking after its employees and their wellbeing. An engaged workforce is essential, more so through rapid changes and tough times. Bluefin works to ensure its employees feel a strong sense of inclusion within the Bluefin community, and to foster an environment in which they can continue to grow and succeed.”
