Bluefin Solutions is delighted to be awarded
the elite Three Star Accreditation in this year’s Best Companies
Accreditation scheme.
The initiative acknowledges corporate
excellence in the workplace. It places paramount significance on
first-rate workplace engagement, superb workplace practice, and
outstanding internal leadership. Final accreditation is based on an
elite ‘Michelin style’ rating which bestows a fixed standard for
organisations. One Star is first class, Two Stars are outstanding, and
Three Stars are extraordinary. The scheme was developed by Best Companies,
the firm also responsible for researching and compiling the Sunday
Times Best Companies to work for list.
For this year’s
accreditation, over 140,000 employees from 653 organizations were
surveyed. Of the 653 companies who registered for ‘Star Status’, only 307 were awarded such, with only 48 achieving the schemes highest
rating of Three Stars.
Commenting on the award, Bluefin's Chief Executive James Appleby said: To
be accredited as one of the top UK companies to work for is a wonderful
external recognition that our staff has the drive and desire to live
our values. It also affirms that our 2025 vision is on track. By
looking after our employee needs, we continue to cultivate an
environment in which success and fulfilment can flourish. To achieve
this goal, we relentlessly focus on our values; not only having them,
but weaving them into the organisation and living them daily. The
vision is simple: by being a great place to work, and by doing the best
for our customers regardless of what that means to us, Bluefin strives
to become one of the worlds most customer focused IT organisations by
2025. For further information please contact Bluefin Solutions on (0)870 233 0404.
