On Wednesday 28 January, Bluefin's Dan Hawker presented the first CRM 2007 customer experience, at the Ireland SIG. The session highlighted the business benefits of upgrading to CRM 2007, lessons learnt from Bluefin's recent upgrade, tips and tricks and shared customer considerations and experiences.

The upgrade of Bluefin's internal SAP CRM solution went live on 4th August 2008, making Bluefin:

• The first UK CRM 2007 implementation
• The first UK CRM 2007 upgrade
• The first UK based CRM 2007 SFA implementation
  

Bluefin performed the upgrade alongside a number of SAP CRM 2007 ‘upgrade and implementation’ projects for clients. These will go live within the coming months.

Commercial Director, Michael Eldridge said: "The response from our users has been extremely positive, particularly in relation to usability and speed.  This corresponds with the feedback our clients have given us on the new solution.  We have been particularly impressed with the stability of the solution thus far, especially given it is still relatively early in the product lifecycle."
