Bluefin's expanding Support Desk has won an R/3 support contract. The contract was awarded to Bluefin because of the quality of service they have received on BW and CRM being so much higher than that currently received in ERP from another organisation. The customer also wanted to reduce the number of suppliers and has selected Bluefin as their primary SAP supplier. Commenting on this win, Bluefin's Managing Director James Appleby said 'At Bluefin we aim for 100% customer satisfaction delivering great customer service is what sets us apart.' |
