Bluefin have won a Europe-wide BW Implementation for a major manufacturing company, Rexam Glass, delivering management information across the entire supply chain.

This Rexam project, based out of Bluefin's Head Office in Kew, will deliver to several European countries and will provide good quality, consistent management information for the company.

The project will be split into 3 phases:

1. Finance and Controlling, Profitability Analysis and Purchasing
   
2. Sales, Warehousing Stores and Distribution, Pallet Tracking and Production Performance
   
3. Planning and Forecasting
   

Customer personnel will be based out of the Bluefin offices as part of the knowledge transfer plan.
