Bluefin's expanding Support Desk has won an R/3 support contract.

As part of Bluefin's commitment to thought leadership in SAP Technologies, Bluefin is participating in NetWeaver 2004s Ramp-Up programme.

Bluefin are implementing CRM version 5 as part of the Ramp Up program. CRM will be used for the entire sales and marketing function, making commercial functions more effective. 
 

Bluefin have won a Europe-wide BW Implementation for a major manufacturing company, Rexam Glass, delivering management information across the entire supply chain.
