This event is being held in conjunction with Bluefin and SAP, at the Bluefin Offices in Liverpool.

The event will take place on Tuesday 7th October 2008 at the Bluefin's Liverpool office, The Plaza.  

During this event, all CRM Public Sector Users are invited to attend a Public Sector Presentation from David Harker of Deloitte & Touche LLP This will be in the form of a case study on the CRM implementation within a local authority.  David will cover the initial decision and business case in implementing CRM in environmental services, with discussion points covering business rationale for upgrade, expansion across council sevices & future plans.

After lunch all attendees are invited to attend the remainder of the User Group CRM SIG Meeting where we will have the following presentations.

Gavin Davison from SAP will be delivering an  SAP CRM - Solution Update. Hear why CRM 2007 has gained so much traction in the market, see how the intuitve and flexible user interface empowers the end user in their role and gain insight into the future roadmap of the solution.

Thierry Crifasi of Bluefin will be presenting a case study on eService demonstrating one of the widest ranging and advanced multi-channel SAP CRM Service implementation globally.  The presentation will include SAP CRM implementation covering CRM Services via;- IC Web Client; ICSS, Portal/PCUI, ERMS. R/3 and BW integration, interfaces with 3rd party service providers to 15 European countries.

Craig Dale of the SAP UK & Ireland User Group will deliver the SAP UK & Ireland User Group Conference Update. He will be discussing the latest news and events for the User Group November Conference.

Jon Wood
of SAP will present an Overview of Enterprise Support, discussing why SAP made the decision to execute ES, the changes/additional benefits customers will receive, any cost increases and timings of rollout.
