Overview 

Organisations often spend a great deal of effort analysing past performance which in many instances is enforced through an annual, quarterly or monthly reporting cycle. This session will address the benefits of accelerated reporting cycles and look at the steps required to move the focal point of an organisation from the past to the future. It will cover BI forecasting and planning solutions, and their role in improving an organisations planning processes.
