Overview

This session will assess the foundations required to define a BI strategy. Too often an organisations’ BI strategy starts and stops with the choice of tools and fails to address the fundamental issue that BI is a series of applications rather than a toolset. However the reason why many BI strategies fail is more often the way the applications are implemented and positioned with an organisation as opposed to the toolset.
