5. Greater levels of personalisation

It is easy for a user to personalise what they see to a greater extent than previously. 
Information blocks can be re-ordered and turned on and off at will.  This will please many users who want to remove as much clutter as possible from the screen.

6. Simpler and more rapid development

Although not technical myself I am reliably informed that the development environment is much easier to develop in than PC UI.  Without to much effort I managed to create a new business role based on a standard and add a couple of items to the transaction launcher.
