Page 4 of 6 3. Much Simpler One-to One email integrationAlways a pain in CRM 5.0: now it works a lot better. There is still the annoying pop-up asking you to grant permission to access Outlook but other than that it has been significantly simplified. Transfer emails from your Inbox from within the CRM WebClient inbox or from a special folder that a setup wizard will create for you in Outlook. One click and you have created an activity containing the email. When the activity is shown, so is the content of the email (see screenshot below). No more tedious clicking to look at the content.
4. No More TabsTabs and summary pages have been replaced with one overview page with blocks of information. If you want to edit one of the blocks it will take you to another view to edit the relevant information. It can make the page quite long (see example of an opportunity below) but it is very easy for the end user to switch blocks on and off at will, only seeing the information they want. On balance, despite the long pages, I think this will go down well with users.
