Michael was appointed Senior Delivery Director in 2008. He manages the Delivery Director and marketing teams responsible for driving the growth of Bluefin Solutions.
Since taking on the role of Senior Delivery Director, Bluefin has consistently enjoyed year-on-year growth. This growth has been achieved through the development of customer relationships with lasting and mutual value and by ensuring we live by the Bluefin core values of integrity and customer focus.
Michael joined Bluefin Solutions in 2005 to create Bluefin’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) practice which he grew to be a significant force in the market. Prior to this he held a number of senior positions at Capgemini, Ernst & Young and Coopers & Lybrand, building up over 17 years experience in the delivery of successful SAP projects.
