Cheryl Coulby

Cheryl Coulby is Bluefin’s HR and Operations Manager.

Cheryl joined Bluefin in November, 2007. She acts as an advisor on all HR related issues, whilst simultaneously managing the HR and recruitment team, as well as the operations for our Kew and Liverpool offices. The main function of the HR and Operations Team is to look after the well being of all Bluefin employees. Supporting them individually and as a collective ensures that, not only do they flourish personally and in their career growth, but that they also remain as customer focused as possible. This is done, amongst other things, by monitoring the mentor process, making sure training needs are met, and co-ordinating company events. 

   
     

Stephen Belbin

Stephen Belbin is the Office Administrator, based in Kew.

Stephen will usually be your first point of contact when you call or visit the Bluefin office in Kew. Stephen is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office administration function, as well as organising Bluefin social activities and events.
